What is Complete Home Pros?
Complete Home Pros LLC is developing a home-care experience that combines guidance for suitable household tasks with professional service referrals. CHP Home Assist is our app concept for taking that experience from a photo to a clear next step.
Can I download the app or book through this website?
Not yet. Home Assist is in development, and the online booking and payment services are not open. This website introduces the business and the planned experience. For enquiries in Lower New York State, email office@completehomepro.biz. More areas are coming soon. Email does not confirm a booking.
What should I leave to a professional?
Work involving mains wiring, live electricity, gas, combustion appliances, refrigerants, unsafe structures or other hazardous systems needs appropriately qualified help. A furnace flame sensor issue, outlet replacement or hardwired light fixture is a professional route in Home Assist.
How will pricing work?
The planned estimate includes parts, area labor and CHP coordination. Scope and total price must be approved before any charge. Pricing will depend on verified local inputs and the actual job; no instant or binding quote is available on this website.
What if I suspect an emergency?
Stop troubleshooting and move to safety. For an immediate threat, contact local emergency services or your utility’s emergency line from a safe location. Do not wait for CHP or an app response. No checklist or photo can detect every hazard.
I’m a home-services professional. Can I join?
CHP Pro is the planned companion for independent contractors to review and accept suitable job offers. Onboarding, qualifications, insurance, service areas and payout arrangements must be completed before real work can be offered. Contractor applications are not open on this website yet.
