This notice covers Complete Home Pros LLC’s informational website. The Home Assist and CHP Pro apps are in development. Accounts, online bookings, payments and automatic photo review are not available through this website.
Visiting the website
You can browse the information here without creating an account. CHP has not added advertising trackers or analytics scripts to these pages. When the website is hosted on Squarespace, the hosting service may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, page requests and cookies, depending on the site’s settings and the provider’s services.
Contacting CHP
If you email CHP, we receive the information you choose to send, including your email address, message and any attachments. We use that information to respond to your enquiry and discuss the service you request. Avoid sending passwords, payment card numbers or identity documents by email.
Photos and AI services
This website does not upload photos to an AI service. Automatic photo review is a planned Home Assist feature. Before it launches, CHP will explain how photos are submitted, the providers involved, storage and retention, and the choices available to you.
Service providers and retention
Website hosting and business email providers process information needed to deliver those services. CHP keeps enquiry information for the purposes of responding, handling the requested service and meeting applicable obligations. The specific practices for future connected app services will be published before those services open.
